Torpedo Parents,

We are looking for swimmers interested in being Crew Coaches. Crew coaches perform support and instruction under the direct guidance of our Head Coach and Assistant Coaches. Crew Coaches will learn important skills such as leadership and instruction under the mentorship of Coach Sean and the three Assistant Coaches, and will be prepared to apply for a future Asisstant Coach positions. Crew Coach is an unpaid position and student service credit is available. Please reply with interest or questions.

Requirements:

- Proficienct in all four strokes.

- At least one year membership in any swim team.

- Going into the 8th grade for 2024-25 school year.
